twodo's Product Warranty Policy

At twodo, we do not set a fixed “product warranty period.”
This is because we wish our products to be long-lasting companions in your daily life, and we strive to respond to repair and maintenance requests as much as possible.

If a defect is found to have existed from the time of manufacturing, we will repair it free of charge regardless of how long you have been using the product.
However, if there is clear damage caused by the customer’s misuse, or if maintenance is required due to natural wear and tear over time, repair fees may apply.

All products are tested for proper function before shipping.
However, there may be rare cases where defects go undetected or design shortcomings cause inconvenience after delivery.
We also understand that accidental impacts or unexpected scratches can occur during regular use.
Over long periods of use, some parts of the product may eventually wear out.
Even in such cases, please do not hesitate to contact our support team instead of giving up.

As the creators, nothing makes us happier than knowing our products continue to be used over time.
